ESN UPGRADE is a cyclical training convention for the members of ESN Poland. It takes place biannually and lasts over a weekend. Throughout three days filled with various workshops and training activities, the participants can improve their skills and knowledge of different fields. Each UPGRADE is divided into several training paths, which allow one to extend one's expertise in, among other things, project and team management, HR, broadly defined soft skills, raising sponsorship and winning new partners, and PR. There are usually around 120 participants, so the project is challenging not for trainers, but also in terms of logistics. The participants very much appreciate the educational merits of UPGRADE and praise the event for motivating them to action and the opportunity to meet new likeminded people.
